This document sets forth the Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") for this Web site, http://www.celiacdisease.net (University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "Celiac Disease Program"). This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or other University of Chicago web sites.

The Celiac Disease Program reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site.
